Launched in 2021, Manhattan by Roja Dove is an Oriental Spicy fragrance that marries the warmth of spices with rich woody notes and vanilla. The composition opens with a fresh spicy accord featuring lavender, basil, and bergamot, which cuts through to create a vibrant top layer. As it settles, heliotrope, jasmine, and violet blend into a heart that's both floral and powdery. The base is anchored by tobacco, patchouli, vanilla, and cedar, providing an earthy warmth that feels like the city itself — dynamic yet grounded.
This fragrance blooms best after an hour, so apply it to pulse points and let it settle before heading out. The tobacco note can be quite strong initially but pairs beautifully with the warmth of vanilla as it develops.
