Roja Dove launched Pierre de Velay No. 25 in 2019, offering an Oriental fragrance that balances bright citrus and aromatic notes with warm spices and rich woods. The composition opens with clementine, lime, and bergamot, creating a zesty freshness that gives way to the heart of rose de mai, magnolia, and immortelle. These floral elements blend seamlessly into a base of cedar, sandalwood, and ambergris, resulting in a scent that is both vibrant and enveloping.
This fragrance has a strong initial burst from its citrus top notes, so apply one or two sprays to ensure it doesn’t overwhelm. The warm base notes will emerge after about an hour, making it ideal for daytime wear when the scent evolves gradually throughout the day.
