Roja Dove Parfum Royale #3, launched in 2016 by the eponymous perfumer, is a unisex fragrance that exemplifies Roja Dove’s commitment to creating bold and distinctive scents. The composition opens with thyme and bergamot, providing a fresh spicy aromatic base. This gives way to a heart of may rose, geranium, and raspberry, adding warmth and complexity. The drydown features labdanum, vanilla, cedar, patchouli, musk, sandalwood, and balsamic notes, creating an enveloping blend of powdery woods and rich amber.
This fragrance blooms best with a moderate application — two sprays will allow the powdery woods and warm amber base notes to develop fully. It pairs well with layered clothing or warmer weather, as it tends to read better close to skin than in open spaces.
