The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2020, Zellige Limited Edition Ambre Sultan by Serge Lutens is an Oriental Spicy fragrance crafted by perfumer Christopher Sheldrake. This composition opens with a bright burst of fresh and warm spices that create an immediate sense of complexity. The heart settles into balsamic and woody notes, giving way to a powdery base where vanilla adds warmth without heaviness. It's a scent that balances the sharpness of its top notes with the enveloping comfort of its base, making it equally at home in both day and night settings.
Apply two sprays for optimal longevity — the fresh spicy top notes dissipate within an hour but the balsamic and woody base lasts throughout the day. This fragrance reads best close to skin, so avoid over-spraying in open spaces.
