The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2012 by The Different Company, After Midnight is a fragrance that captures the essence of the late-night hour. Created by perfumer Émilie Coppermann, it opens with bright citrus notes like bergamot and neroli, which quickly give way to a heart of jasmine and iris, adding a touch of floral warmth. The base layers in amber, benzoin, and woody notes that create a powdery musky finish, evoking the feeling of stepping into a cozy room just after midnight.
Apply After Midnight to pulse points for best results. The citrus opening is bright but fades quickly, so it's the base notes that carry the fragrance through the evening. It reads better close to skin than across a room, making it perfect for intimate settings.
