The story behind the bottle.
Borelli by Tiziana Terenzi was launched in 2023 and crafted by Paolo Terenzi. This fragrance opens with a bright burst of Calabrian bergamot and Sicilian mandarin, creating an aldehydic freshness that immediately lifts the senses. The heart of Borelli is dominated by white florals — frangipani, lily of the valley, ylang-ylang, and Italian violet — which unfold with delicate sweetness, while tuberose adds a touch of spicy warmth. This floral bouquet is grounded by a woody base of ebony, Australian sandalwood, and birch, combined with musk and Madagascar vanilla for a smooth, enveloping finish.
Borelli projects its citrus and aldehydic top notes strongly at first but settles into a more intimate floral-woody presence. Apply lightly to the pulse points — the fragrance blooms over time, so a single spritz is often enough. It's best for daytime wear when the fresh florals can brighten your day.
