Launched in 2021, Ombre Leather Parfum by Tom Ford is crafted by perfumer Sonia Constant and stands as an embodiment of contrasting elements. The composition opens with a crisp violet leaf, which gives way to the rich warmth of leather, tobacco, and woody notes. Underneath, subtle aquatic and ozonic accords provide a cool contrast to the smoky depth of the base, while white florals like jasmine sambac and orris add a touch of elegance.
One or two sprays on pulse points are enough to capture its nuanced balance. The ozonic top notes fade within an hour, so reapply if you want to maintain that crisp freshness throughout the day.
