The story behind the bottle.
Santal Boisé by Versace was launched in 2019 as part of the Atelier Versace collection, featuring six fragrances each centered around a distinct ingredient. Christophe Raynaud crafted this woody spicy scent from Sri Lankan sandalwood mixed with saffron and a cypriole plant. The composition opens with earthy, metallic notes that give way to warm spiciness and powdery undertones. Santal Boisé is a fragrance that balances the raw richness of leather with the sophisticated warmth of its woody base.
Apply this fragrance to pulse points for a slow build-up that reveals its depth over time. The metallic notes fade quickly, so allow it to develop on your skin before venturing out. Ideal for evenings or cooler days when you want a scent that warms and envelops.
