Bonbon by Viktor&Rolf, launched in 2014 and crafted by perfumers Cecile Matton and Serge Majoullier, is a Floral Fruity Gourmand fragrance that helped popularize the caramel-and-orange-blossom gourmand style in designer women's perfumery. The composition opens with vibrant citrus notes of mandarin orange and peach, leading into a heart of sweet caramel and white florals like jasmine and orange blossom before settling on a warm base of amber, sandalwood, guaiac wood, and cedar. Bonbon remains a beloved staple among gourmand enthusiasts despite the category's saturation.
