MV Agusta by Xerjoff, launched in 2020, is a fragrance that embodies the brand's signature Italian luxury and craftsmanship. The composition opens with Calabrian bergamot and cloves, providing a bright yet spicy introduction. At its heart, iris and ylang-ylang add a floral depth, while incense brings an earthy warmth. The base notes of leather, musk, labdanum, tonka bean, and patchouli create a rich blend that reads as smoky and animalic, evoking the rugged sophistication of high-performance machinery.
MV Agusta is best applied in small doses — one or two sprays are enough to let its complex base notes develop naturally. It's particularly suited for cooler evenings when the smoky and leather elements come alive without overpowering.
