Glorious by Boadicea the Victorious is a fragrance that embodies the brand's commitment to quintessentially British elegance and incomparable quality. Launched in 2012 and crafted by perfumer Christian Provenzano, this Oriental Woody scent opens with bright fruity notes of raspberry, pineapple, and apple, which give way to aromatic elements like cardamom and elemi resin. The heart is a delicate balance of rose and jasmine before settling into a warm base of guaiac wood, cedar, sandalwood, moss, musk, amber, patchouli, and vanilla. This composition creates a harmonious blend that feels both fresh and enveloping.
Glorious has moderate longevity and sillage, so aim for two to three sprays on pulse points. The fruity top notes are bright but fade within an hour, making way for the rich, enveloping base notes that last throughout the day.
