Dubai by Bortnikoff is a fragrance that captures the essence of its namesake city — vibrant and complex. Launched in 2024 and crafted by Dmitry Bortnikoff, this Oriental Fougere composition opens with bright citrus and fruity notes like lemon and passionfruit, creating an immediate freshness. However, it quickly transitions into deeper, richer accords such as Indian Oud, leather, and earthy vetiver, grounding the scent in its sophisticated heart. The rose and jasmine add a floral warmth that ties together the fresh top and woody base, making Dubai both inviting and enigmatic.
Dubai's fresh top notes are fleeting, so apply two sprays to allow the richer base notes like Oud and leather to emerge fully. This fragrance is best worn close to skin for a more intimate experience rather than as an overt statement.
