Oud Monarch Attar by Bortnikoff is a rich Oriental Floral fragrance for women and men, launched in 2020 and crafted by Dmitry Bortnikoff. This composition opens with bright floral notes of frangipani and magnolia, which then give way to the warm spiciness of cinnamon and tobacco. At its core, Oud Monarch Attar features a commanding presence of oud, enhanced by rich cacao and rose de mai, creating an opulent blend that is both comforting and sophisticated.
