Sayat Nova Attar by Bortnikoff is a rich Oriental Vanilla fragrance for women and men, launched in 2020 and crafted by perfumers Dmitry Bortnikoff and Rajesh Balkrishnan. The composition opens with a bold burst of fruity and lactonic notes that cut through the richness of the vanilla and oud base. This contrast creates an intriguing tension — sweet and warm but also unexpectedly fresh and vibrant. The woody and powdery undertones add depth, ensuring that it remains both comforting and mysterious.
Apply this fragrance in light layers — the fruity top notes are bright but fleeting. The base notes take about an hour to fully bloom, so give it time before reapplying. It’s best for evenings or cooler weather when its warmth can be truly appreciated.
