The story behind the bottle.
Hero Eau de Parfum by Burberry was launched in 2022 and is the creation of perfumer Aurélien Guichard. This fragrance combines aromatic pine needles with warm, smoky notes from incense and cedar woods, evoking a sense of rugged sophistication. The opening with pine needles adds an invigorating freshness that contrasts beautifully with the rich warmth of benzoin and olibanum in the heart. The base layers of various cedars create a deep, enduring impression — earthy and slightly smoky, reminiscent of a well-worn leather jacket or the lingering scent of a distant campfire.
Apply one or two sprays to your pulse points. The aromatic top notes are vibrant but fade quickly into the heart and base notes. Given its woody warmth, it's best for cooler weather when you want a scent that feels close to skin rather than projecting strongly.
