Launched in 2016 by Francis Kurkdjian for Burberry, Mr. Burberry is a Woody Aromatic fragrance that captures the essence of British elegance and modernity. The composition opens with bright grapefruit and cardamom, creating an aromatic freshness that cuts through the air. As it evolves, tarragon and mint bring a green, herbal complexity to the top notes, while cedar and birch leaf introduce a woody foundation. Nutmeg and vetiver add depth and warmth, leading into a rich base of amberwood and benzoin, which provide a subtle leather-like quality that grounds the scent.
Apply this fragrance in light layers — two sprays to start and let it develop on your skin for at least 10 minutes before reapplying if needed. It projects well but reads best when close to the skin, making it ideal for daytime wear.
