The story behind the bottle.
Jérôme di Marino crafted Windsor Tonic for Burberry in 2021, creating a fragrance that balances crisp citrus with woody warmth and aromatic spiciness. The composition opens with the brightness of bergamot and green mandarin, followed by petitgrain and cypress, which add a fresh, slightly green edge. As it settles, Tunisian neroli and cardamom introduce a warm, spicy complexity before Virginia cedar and musk anchor the scent in earthy warmth. This is a fragrance that feels both modern and lasting, reflecting Burberry's heritage of combining classic elegance with contemporary style.
Apply two sprays at the beginning of your day; the bright citrus notes will fade within a couple of hours, but the warm base notes will stay with you through the evening. This fragrance reads better close to skin than when diffused widely.
