Launched in 2013 by Carolina Herrera and crafted by perfumers Alberto Morillas, Ann Gottlieb, and Rosendo Mateu, 212 Men Summer is a vibrant citrus-aromatic fragrance that captures the essence of summer. The gin and citrus notes—lemon, mandarin orange, and grapefruit—create an invigorating opening that feels like stepping into a sunlit garden. This freshness gives way to warm spices like cardamom and pepper, while woody notes and patchouli anchor the composition with depth and complexity.
Apply two sprays to ensure the invigorating top notes are balanced by the deeper base notes. The citrus will fade within an hour, so reapply if you want it to last through the day. This fragrance reads better close to skin rather than in a wide sillage.
