Tobacco Malaki, launched by Chopard in 2026 and crafted by Alberto Morillas and Dora Baghriche, is a bold composition that marries the rich warmth of tobacco with woody accords and metallic notes. The fragrance opens with saffron and bergamot, providing a sharp contrast to the smoky heart of tobacco and oud. This interplay creates an intriguing tension between fresh brightness and deep earthiness, anchored by warm spices and amber. The result is a scent that feels both modern and lasting.
Tobacco Malaki is best applied close to skin, where it develops its full depth. The metallic and woody notes take time to bloom, so allow at least an hour for them to fully integrate. It's perfect for evenings or cooler weather when you want a scent that reads as both warm and complex.
