HeartThe Soul
The story behind the bottle.
Comme des Garçons' Stephen Jones Millinery is an avant-garde floral woody musk that defies traditional boundaries, much like the brand's fashion ethos. The fragrance opens with a powdery, violet leaf top note and carnation, creating a soft yet intriguing start. This gives way to a heart of rose, jasmine, and heliotrope, all anchored by warm spices like cloves and cumin. A smoky and woody base of guaiac wood and vetiver adds depth and complexity, making it a scent that evolves throughout the day.
Given its strong sillage and long-lasting nature, one or two sprays are sufficient. The top notes fade quickly, but the warm spicy and smoky base notes continue to develop over time. Best suited for evening wear when you want a fragrance that evolves with you.
