When to Wear
The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 1972 by Dior and created by perfumer Edmond Roudnitska, Diorella is a Chypre Floral fragrance that captures the essence of freshness and elegance. The composition opens with Sicilian lemon and bergamot, providing a vibrant green note that transitions into the aromatic heart of basil and honeysuckle. Moroccan jasmine and rose add depth, while earthy vetiver and patchouli ground the scent with a mossy, fresh spicy finish.
Apply Diorella to pulse points for a delicate yet lasting scent. The fresh top notes are particularly bright, so one or two sprays will suffice. Allow it to settle on your skin for about five minutes before heading out — this ensures that the green and citrus notes blend seamlessly into the floral heart.
