The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2014, Fahrenheit Le Parfum by Dior is an Oriental Spicy fragrance crafted by François Demachy to offer a smoother, more approachable take on the original 1988 Fahrenheit. This iteration softens the divisive violet-leather-petrol character of its predecessor with a blend of suede, licorice, and Sicilian mandarin, leading into coriander and cumin before settling into bourbon vanilla and leather accords. It is a fragrance that bridges the gap between classic and contemporary, offering a refined yet warm presence.
Given its strong sillage and long-lasting nature, one or two sprays are sufficient to create a noticeable yet comfortable presence. The scent develops slowly over time, making it ideal for evening wear when you want a fragrance that evolves throughout the night.
