The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2015, Fahrenheit Cologne by Dior is a Woody Spicy fragrance crafted by François Demachy. The composition opens with Calabrian bergamot and Sicilian mandarin, providing a bright citrus freshness that quickly transitions into the heart of French violet and nutmeg, adding layers of floral and spicy notes. The base notes of patchouli, Haitian vetiver, and virginian cedar offer an earthy warmth, grounding the overall composition in a sophisticated yet approachable manner.
Apply two to three sprays in the morning for best results. The citrus opening notes are bright but dissipate within an hour, making way for the more enduring woody base. It’s ideal for daytime wear when you want a scent that evolves throughout the day.
