The story behind the bottle.
Higher Energy by Dior was launched in 2003 and was crafted by perfumers Carlos Viñals and Natalie Gracia-Cetto. The composition opens with a fresh spicy accord featuring juniper berries, pepper, and nutmeg, creating an invigorating start that transitions into the heart notes of pineapple, grapefruit, melon, and mint for a vibrant fruity freshness. The base layer includes cedar, vetiver, oakmoss, sandalwood, musk, and labdanum, grounding the fragrance with woody warmth and depth.
The result is a dynamic scent that balances energy and sophistication, reflecting Dior’s French elegance while embracing modernity.
Higher Energy has a bright opening that fades within an hour, so apply it in layers for sustained impact. The woody base notes emerge after two hours, making it ideal for daytime wear where you want to feel fresh and invigorated.
