The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 1992 by Dior, Poison Parfum is an Oriental Floral fragrance that embodies the opulent and sensuous essence of the brand's heritage. The composition opens with wild berries and coriander, adding a fresh yet spicy contrast to the rich base notes of tuberose, rose, and sandalwood. This complex blend is further accentuated by warm spices like cinnamon and pepper, creating an overwhelming sillage that fills the air with its powerful presence.
Due to its enormous sillage and eternal longevity, Poison Parfum is best applied sparingly. One or two sprays are enough to make a lasting impression throughout the day. Its powerful projection makes it ideal for evening wear but can be overpowering in close quarters during the daytime.
