Launched in 2010, Vetyverio Eau de Toilette by Diptyque is a Floral Woody Musk fragrance crafted by perfumer Olivier Pescheux. The composition opens with bright citrus notes like grapefruit and Amalfi lemon, which cut through the sweetness with a fresh-spicy edge from nutmeg and clove. At its heart, rose and ylang-ylang bring warmth and floral softness before settling into an earthy base of vetyver and musk. This fragrance is a study in contrast — sharp and warm, floral and woody.
Apply two sprays to ensure the citrus notes are noticeable initially. This fragrance has moderate longevity and sillage, so it stays close to skin without projecting too far — perfect for daytime wear where you want a hint of scent rather than a strong statement.
