Launched in 2008 by Byredo, Gypsy Water is a Woody Aromatic fragrance that captures the essence of an adventurous spirit. Perfumer Jérôme Epinette crafted this scent with a bright citrus-aromatic opening that quickly transitions into warm and earthy notes. The interplay between juniper and pine needles creates a fresh, spicy atmosphere, while incense adds a touch of mystery. Orris root and vanilla offer a powdery sweetness, grounding the composition in comfort and familiarity.
Gypsy Water has moderate longevity and intimate sillage. A single spritz will allow the fragrance to develop on your skin gradually. It works best close to the body, so apply it in areas that retain warmth like the wrists and neck.
