David Seth Moltz launched Bleeding Heart Patchouli by DS&Durga in 2020, crafting a composition that marries the earthy warmth of patchouli with bright citrus and soft florals. The fragrance opens with mandarin orange and cardamom, creating an aromatic and fruity top note that contrasts beautifully with the deeper tones of Indonesian patchouli leaf and opoponax in the base. This interplay between light and dark, fresh and earthy, is at the heart of what makes Bleeding Heart Patchouli so captivating.
