Launched in 2008 by Etat Libre d'Orange, Bendelirious is a daring Floral Fruity fragrance for both women and men. Perfumer Antoine Lie crafted this composition with an unconventional blend of notes that evoke the unexpected. The scent opens with bright cherry and grapefruit, leading to a heart of iris and violet leaf, before settling into a base of leather, tonka bean, musk, and vetiver. This juxtaposition of sweet fruitiness and earthy depth creates a distinctive olfactory experience that challenges traditional fragrance norms.
Apply Bendelirious lightly for the first hour, as the citrus and cherry notes will be most prominent. After an hour, the fragrance's base notes will emerge, making it perfect for day to night transitions. It projects well on its own but can also layer beautifully with a woody aftershave or moisturizer.
