The story behind the bottle.
Palm Springs for Spencer Hart by Floris was launched in 2014 as a composition that marries the crispness of citrus with warm spices and woody notes. This fragrance opens with the brightness of bergamot, orange, and petitgrain, giving way to an aromatic heart of lavender and ylang-ylang, which adds a subtle floral warmth. The base notes of sandalwood, vanilla, amber, musk, and patchouli create a powdery, enveloping finish that feels both comforting and sophisticated. It is a fragrance that captures the essence of Floris's enduring elegance while embracing a modern sensibility.
One spray to each wrist is sufficient — the bright top notes are prominent but fade within an hour. The powdery base continues to develop close to the skin, so it's best applied before stepping into a warm room or evening setting where the woody and spicy elements can fully bloom.
