Oud Vert Intense by Fragrance Du Bois, crafted by perfumer Olivier Pescheux and launched in 2013, is a captivating blend of freshness and warmth. The fragrance opens with the vibrant zest of bergamot, cardamom, and ginger, creating an invigorating aroma that feels like a burst of morning energy. This bright beginning gives way to a heart of geranium and coriander, adding layers of herbal complexity before settling into a warm base of vetiver, agarwood (oud), cedar, and musk. The contrast between the fresh spicy top notes and the rich woody base makes this fragrance both dynamic and deeply satisfying.
Apply this fragrance to pulse points and allow it to settle for about five minutes before heading out. The top notes are bright but short-lived, while the warm base notes gradually unfold over several hours, making it ideal for a day that transitions into evening.
