Launched in 2022 by Goutal, Folie d'un Soir is a fragrance that captures the essence of a fleeting evening indulgence. Created by perfumers Mathieu Nardin and Julie Massé, this Oriental Floral composition opens with Turkish Rose and Pink Pepper, creating an initial burst of sweetness and spiciness. The heart notes of Myrrh and Olibanum add depth and complexity, while Leather and Cacao in the base create a rich, warm, and slightly animalic finish that lingers on the skin.
Apply Folie d'un Soir to pulse points for a more intimate experience, as it reads best close to skin rather than across a room. The base notes take time to bloom, so give it an hour before fully appreciating its depth.
