L’Homme Idéal Eau de Parfum by Guerlain was launched in 2016 and created by perfumers Thierry Wasser and Delphine Jelk. This fragrance offers a smooth, non-overdone almond-woody profile that has made it a favorite among women who react to men wearing it. The composition features notes of almond, spices, lavender, bergamot, rosemary, thyme, cherry, vanilla, incense, Bulgarian rose, tonka bean, leather, and sandalwood. Despite its polished presentation, the fragrance is often criticized for underwhelming longevity and projection, which can be surprising given its designer price point.
