Shalimar Millésime Iris, launched in 2023 by Guerlain and crafted by perfumer Delphine Jelk, is an Oriental Vanilla fragrance that balances the elegance of iris with warm sweetness. The composition opens with a fresh burst of Bergamot before diving into the heart of Italian Orris Root, which adds a powdery, earthy depth. The base notes of Madagascar Vanilla and Caramel evoke a rich, comforting warmth, while musk ensures a lingering presence that is both sensual and inviting.
Apply this fragrance with two sprays to ensure the powdery iris notes are balanced by the warm base. The musk and caramel will develop slowly over time, so it's best worn during cooler hours when its richness can truly shine.
