The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 1947, Plein Eté by Houbigant is one of the historic French perfume house's mid-20th-century creations. Although details on its composition are sparse, this fragrance captures a sense of lasting elegance and subtle sophistication. It was part of an era when perfumery reflected the optimism and renewed spirit post-war France. Plein Eté may be discontinued now, but it remains a cherished vintage perfume.
Given its vintage nature, apply one or two sprays to capture its delicate essence. The fragrance blooms gradually on the skin, making it ideal for daytime wear where its subtle notes can be appreciated without overpowering.
