HeartThe Soul
The story behind the bottle.
Scandal Collector's Snow Globe Edition by Jean Paul Gaultier was launched in 2019 and is a chypre floral fragrance created by perfumers Daphné Bugey, Fabrice Pellegrin, and Christophe Raynaud. This composition opens with the zesty freshness of blood orange and mandarin, which gives way to a heart of honey, jasmine, and gardenia — sweet and rich, like the warmth of a candlelit room on a cold day. The base notes of patchouli, beeswax, and licorice add an earthy depth, creating a warm cocoon that feels both intimate and mysterious.
Apply this fragrance to pulse points for a gradual build-up. The citrus top notes are bright but fleeting; allow them to settle before the heart and base notes fully emerge. This composition reads best close to skin, so a few sprays on wrists or neck will suffice.

Christophe Raynaud
Architect first, craftsman secondChristophe Raynaud is a perfumer who describes himself as a craftsman with the sensitivity of an artist. He begins each fragrance with a raw olfactory block, working for hours to shape it as a sculptor would — first as architect, then as craftsman.
“At first, I am the architect, and then I become the craftsman.”
