The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2013 by perfumer Aurélien Guichard, L'Eau par Kenzo Colors pour Femme is a vibrant Floral Aquatic fragrance that embodies the brand's mix of traditional elegance and modern freshness. The composition opens with bright mandarin orange and white peach, creating an uplifting and fruity top note. Ginger adds a fresh spicy element, cutting through the sweetness to bring a subtle edge. As it develops, jasmine, lily, and rose introduce a soft floral heart that is both delicate and warm. Cedar and musk provide a powdery base that rounds out the fragrance with a touch of sophistication.
This fragrance has a bright opening that fades within an hour, so applying two sprays ensures you catch its full vibrancy. The powdery base lasts longer, making it suitable for daytime wear where the warmth of cedar and musk complements office attire without overpowering.
