The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2011 by Carolina Herrera and crafted by perfumers Olivier Cresp and Rosendo Mateu, CH L Eau is a floral fragrance that captures the essence of sophistication and elegance. The composition opens with lemon blossom and orange, bringing a fresh and vibrant energy to the top notes. This citrus freshness gives way to a heart of freesia, jasmine, rose, violet, lily-of-the-valley, and heliotrope, creating a lush floral bouquet that is both delicate and captivating. The base notes of sandalwood, cinnamon, apple tree, and nerium oleander add warmth and depth, rounding out the fragrance with a powdery, woody finish.
Apply CH L Eau in moderation, as its moderate longevity and sillage mean it builds subtly on the skin. One or two sprays will suffice to capture the essence of this fragrance throughout the day without overpowering the senses.
