Premier Figuier by L'Artisan Parfumeur was launched in 1994 and crafted by perfumer Olivia Giacobetti, capturing the essence of fig in a sophisticated woody aromatic composition. The fragrance opens with fresh fig leaf and asafoetida, adding an intriguing green and slightly earthy note that contrasts beautifully with the sweetness of fig fruit itself. This is balanced by warm sandalwood and almond milk, creating layers of complexity that evolve throughout the day.
For best results, apply two sprays directly on pulse points. The green freshness is most prominent initially but gives way to a warm, woody base that develops over time. This fragrance reads better close to skin rather than diffusing widely.
