The story behind the bottle.

Scentsation editorial

Launched in 1933, Eau de Lanvin by Lanvin is a fragrance that embodies the elegance and sophistication of its French heritage. Perfumer André Fraysse crafted this composition with an aromatic and citrus opening, where verbena, bergamot, and lemon interplay to create a fresh yet spicy effect. The heart of jasmine, carnation, and rosemary adds floral warmth before settling into a woody, musky base with vetiver, cedar, civet, and moss. This blend is neither overly sweet nor overpowering, striking a balance that feels both lasting and contemporary.

How to wear it

Apply Eau de Lanvin to pulse points for a subtle yet lasting effect. The citrus top notes are vibrant but fade quickly, giving way to the rich, woody base that lingers throughout the day. It is best worn in cooler weather when its warmth can be fully appreciated.
