The story behind the bottle.
Sensual by M. Micallef, launched in 2016 and crafted by Jean-Claude Astier, is an Oriental Floral fragrance that balances warmth and sweetness with a powdery, musky depth. The composition opens with caramel and apple, creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere. This gives way to the heart notes of rose and saffron, which add a layer of floral complexity and spice. The base notes of vanilla, sandalwood, and cloves ground the fragrance with warmth and balsamic richness, making it a scent that feels both intimate and enveloping.
Apply Sensual to pulse points for maximum impact — it blooms slowly on the skin. The powdery and balsamic notes take about an hour to fully settle, so give it time before layering with other scents or clothing.
