The Aoud by Mancera, launched in 2011 and crafted by Pierre Montale, is an Oriental Woody fragrance that weaves together warm spices and rich wood notes with a touch of leather. The composition opens with cloves, cinnamon, and white pepper, creating a sharp tension that gives way to the heart's rose and saffron. At its core, oud anchors the scent with a deep, earthy warmth, while sandalwood and cedar lend an additional layer of complexity.
Apply one or two sprays to your pulse points — The Aoud's warm spices and woody notes bloom gradually over time. It is best for cooler evenings when its earthy richness can fully come into focus without overpowering.
