Promesse de l'Aube by MDCI Parfums is a composition that balances the freshness of citrus with the warmth of powdery and woody notes. Launched in 2006 and created by Francis Kurkdjian, it opens with bright bergamot, Amalfi lemon, and mandarin orange before transitioning into a heart of ylang-ylang and jasmine. The base of sandalwood, vanilla, and tonka bean grounds the fragrance, creating a sense of comfort and elegance. This scent is a proof of Kurkdjian's ability to blend light and warmth seamlessly.
Apply this fragrance lightly — its powdery and woody base notes will develop gradually on the skin. It’s best worn in cooler hours when the vanilla and tonka bean can shine without becoming too overwhelming.
