The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2015 by Michael Kors, Extreme Blue is a fragrance designed to capture the essence of modern masculinity. Created by perfumer Ilias Ermenidis, it opens with a bright burst of bergamot and cardamom before evolving into a complex blend of fresh spices like pink pepper and juniper. The heart notes of angelica and sage add an herbal edge, while cypress provides a grounding touch. This composition settles into a musky base with cashmere musk and amber, creating a warm yet sophisticated trail.
Apply two sprays to pulse points — this fragrance blooms best close to skin. The bergamot and cardamom top notes are vibrant but fleeting, so rely on the musky base for lasting warmth throughout the day.
