The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2016 by Montblanc, Legend Spirit is a Woody Aromatic fragrance created by perfumer Olivier Cresp. This composition opens with the brightness of grapefruit and bergamot, complemented by pink pepper and water notes that create an aquatic freshness. The heart features lavender and cardamom, adding a fresh spicy dimension before settling into a musky base of white woods, cashmere wood, oakmoss, and white musk. Legend Spirit has earned a reputation among enthusiasts as an unusually strong 'compliment-getter,' particularly given its accessible price point — some even suggest it would command a premium if packaged under a more prestigious name.
Legend Spirit is designed to be a strong yet versatile scent. One or two sprays are sufficient; the grapefruit and bergamot top notes will make an immediate impact, while the musky base notes gradually unfold over several hours. It works well for daytime wear, maintaining its freshness without overpowering.
