The story behind the bottle.
Angel Mugler Show Star, launched in 2010 by Olivier Cresp and Yves de Chiris, is a vibrant composition that captures the essence of a starlit evening. The fragrance opens with a burst of fruity notes like strawberry and plum, enhanced by the freshness of bergamot and mandarin orange. This lively top layer gradually gives way to a heart rich in floral aromas such as jasmine and rose, which are softened by lily-of-the-valley and orchid. The base is a warm embrace of vanilla, tonka bean, and caramel, with a hint of dark chocolate that adds depth and complexity.
Two sprays is sufficient for this fragrance. The fruity top notes dissipate within two hours but the base notes continue to develop and linger on skin throughout the day. It reads best close to skin rather than filling a room.
