Les Belles de Ricci Belle de Minuit, launched in 2000 by Nina Ricci and crafted by perfumer Cécile Matton, is a Floral Woody Musk fragrance that captures the essence of an evening's transformation. The scent opens with bright citrus notes from orange and grapefruit, which contrast sharply against the warm spiciness of black currant and heliotrope. As it settles, carnation and jasmine bring soft florals to the mix, while tonka bean and sandalwood provide a rich, woody base that anchors the composition with depth and warmth.
Apply this fragrance in two light sprays — the citrus opening fades within an hour, but the rich base notes linger. It's best for evening wear when you want something warm and enveloping rather than bright and fresh.
