Launched in 1965 by Nina Ricci, Signoricci was crafted by perfumer Raymond Chaillan to create a distinctive aromatic green scent for men. The fragrance opens with vibrant citrus and green notes, including lemon, bergamot, and galbanum, which give way to a heart of lily-of-the-valley, carnation, and rose. A woody base of oakmoss, vetiver, and cedar anchors the composition, while amber and tonka bean add warmth and depth.
Apply this fragrance lightly to avoid overpowering its intricate layers. The citrus top notes are bright but fleeting, so it's best to let the woody and amber base emerge over time. Perfect for a daytime wear when you want a subtle yet elegant scent.
