Launched in 1986 by Rabanne and crafted by Robert Gonnon, Eau de Metal is a chypre floral fragrance that marries the crispness of aldehydic notes with earthy moss and woody undertones. The composition opens with a vibrant freshness before settling into a warm, musky base, creating an intriguing tension between its light and dark facets. This scent embodies Rabanne's legacy of blending modernity with lasting elegance.
Apply one to two sprays and let it develop on your skin. The aldehydic top notes are bright but short-lived; the musky base will gradually emerge over an hour, making this scent more noticeable closer to the skin than in a room.

The Firmenich hand behind Anaïs AnaïsRobert Gonnon built his career at Firmenich, one of the world's leading fragrance and flavor companies. In 1969 he created Ô de Lancôme, later developing two versions of Sikkim for the house, alongside Empreintes for Courrèges and QuiProQuo for Grès.
