Launched in 2018 by Rabanne, 1 Million Lucky is a Woody fragrance created by perfumer Natalie Gracia-Cetto. This composition opens with ozonic and citrus notes — plum and grapefruit — that give way to a heart of honey, hazelnut, and orange blossom, creating an enticing blend of sweetness and warmth. The base features cedar, amberwood, and vetiver, grounding the fragrance in earthy, woody tones.
Regarded by enthusiasts as one of the best flankers in the often polarizing 1 Million line, 1 Million Lucky stands out for its hazelnut-plum-honey sweetness, which replaces the original's more controversial bubblegum note. Despite reports of discontinuation, it remains a sought-after and popular choice, known as a strong 'compliment-getter.'
One or two sprays are enough — the sweetness of plum and hazelnut can be intense. The fragrance blooms within an hour, so it’s best to apply and let it settle before heading out. It reads better close to skin than across a room.
